Inside Sales
Description : Seeking an Inside Bilingual Sales Representative Basic Objective : Provide customer service by answering questions, offering solutions, issuing quotations and processing orders.
Qualification Requirements :
- Must be bilingual (English / Spanish)
- International travel after first year
- High School diploma / College degree preferred
- 2 + years job related experience
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Ability to multi-task
Responsibilities :
- Represent the company and products in a manner which will reflect the best interest of the company
- Acquire extensive product knowledge of strong, professional representation
- Answer incoming calls and emails timely and professionally
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
- Determine customer requirements to provide verbal and electronic quotations
- Process orders in company program and distribute to appropriate department
- Update customer information in database during and after each call or email
- Follow up on quotations to increase order securing ratio
- Coordinate leads, quotes and issues with outside sales and management
- Abide by all safety rules and maintain a safe work space and healthy work environment
