Responsibilities :
Perform care consistent with the scope of licensure and inaccordance with the facilitys policies andprocedures.
Provide direct patient care services under the direction of aPhysicalTherapist.
Assist the Physical Therapist in performing assessments and complextreatmentprocedures.
Maintain documentation on all patients referred forservices.
Complete reports or assessments / evaluations and progress notesutilizing facilitys approved documentationforms.
Attend and participate in interdisciplinary teammeetings.
Complete all tasks within established timelines provided by thefacility.
Comply with all state requirements and facility policies andprocedures.
Additional duties as assigned byfacility.
