Commercial Lines Team Lead - Insurance - Base Salary to 100k / year - York, ME
- Our client, a regional bank with locations across Maine and New Hampshire, is looking for a Commercial Lines Team Lead to join their team in York, ME
- The Commercial Lines Team Lead is responsible for managing a book of more complex, sophisticated commercial lines accounts as well as seeking out new sales opportunities and leading a commercial lines team.
Responsibilities :
- Handling and servicing all aspects of a commercial lines book of business including processing policy changes and claims, issuing certificates and ID cards, and rounding out accounts
- Also handling cross-selling, up-selling, and remarketing
- Seeking out and capitalizing on new sales opportunities
- Managing a commercial lines team of agents, account managers, and processors
Qualifications :
- 5+ years Commercial Lines Experience
- 2+ years leadership / management experience
- Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed
- AMS360 experience preferred
Compensation :
- Base salary up to 100k / year
