Peregrine Team is Urgently Hiring LVNs in Huntington Beach, CA. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.
Pay : $30-36 / hour
Job Duties :
- Provide direct patient care, including phlebotomy, administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Utilize electronic medical record systems to input and retrieve patient information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Medical Office, preferably primary care - Required
- Current Phlebotomy Certification - Required
- Current California LVN License. - Required
- Current IV Certification - Preferred
- Proficient in medical record systems and electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to assist providers during procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to administer injections and other medications as required
- Shift- 40 hours- 5x8
