About the Role : As a Receptionist at Brand Avenue, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
You will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and support administrative tasks. This is a crucial role in maintaining a positive company image and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Maintain front desk security by following procedures and controlling access.
- Handle inquiries and provide general information to clients and visitors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
