We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide's to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to patients in their homes, promoting independence, and improving their overall quality of life .
Caregiver Responsibilities :
- Bringing positive energy into each home you serve.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living ADLS (Personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.).
- Light housekeeping
- Meal planning, preparation, and feeding (If needed)
- Medication reminders.
- Transport / Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings
Skills :
- Must have superb communication skills to be able to speak to the branch office weekly regarding schedule
- Ability to provide physical assistance, including lifting and transferring clients.
- Patience and understanding when working with clients who may have cognitive or behavioral challenges
- Ability to have empathy and compassion for individuals in need of care
