DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

As a full-time Restaurant Assistant Manager, you'll work at least 45 hours a week . We need someone flexible, as our busiest times often include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills
• Strong team-building abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Schedule :

This position requires a minimum of 45 hours per week . The role demands flexibility, including availability during nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure our operations run smoothly during peak times.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER?

Each day, you'll support our upper management team to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll manage costs, cash, labor, and inventory, making sure we stay on track.

Training new team members and motivating the crew will be key parts of your job. You'll ensure everyone follows our policies and procedures, and you'll provide fast, accurate, and outstanding service to every guest.

Your efforts will help make sure each customer enjoys amazing food and excellent service every time they visit Boombozz.
