This role is pivotal in supporting the first-rate financial systems and operations of a rapidly growing company and an acquisition-based growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying, implementing, and managing financial systems, processes, and technology across the organization.

This key position will aid in managing data accurately and in a timely manner, which is essential for enabling informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities : Financial Accounting : Assist with the monthly close process Opportunity to prepare and record journal entries Opportunity to reconcile general ledger accounts Accounts Receivable : Create and distribute monthly client billing Lead the accounts receivable collection process Serve as the primary contact for A / R inquiries Process cash applications Manage daily client communication inbox Collaborate with the Client Services Team on collection issues Escalate troubled accounts to senior management Accounts Payable : Process Accounts Payable invoices Manage the Accounts Payable checklist Facilitate new vendor setups Research and resolve payable disputes Research and record unrecorded liabilities Audit / Tax : Support annual external audit requirements and diligence requests File monthly or quarterly sales tax reports to taxing authorities where nexus has been established Internal Controls : Maintain internal control integrity, documentation, and compliance Develop new controls to resolve identified weaknesses Technology : Facilitate post-merger integrations of recent acquisitions Provide system support for NetSuite, Bill.
