Job Summary
We areseeking a Mechanical Inspector to join Central Region DistributionDept.Central Region Distribution Dept is responsible forresponsible for distributing hydrocarbon products domesticallywithin the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Your primaryrole is to perform full range of inspection activities includingwelding coating external T&I & Inspection and none limitedmechanical tasks.
The primary role is to ensures assignedmechanical job is conducted safely and as per SArequirements.
Responsibilities :
- Review and monitor quality control programsdeveloped by construction contractors.
- ReviewQuality Assurance and Control (QAC) programs design drawingsengineering specifications waiver requests andstandards.
- Perform inspections of an advancedand more complex nature.
- Provide training topersonnel to enhance technical abilities and understanding invarious disciplines and NonDestructive Testing (NDT)methods.
- Conduct mechanical inspectionsincluding tanks vessels coolers exchangers sumps flares pipingpipelines etc.
- Oversee coating activities incompliance with SA (Saudi Arabia) requirements.
- Familiarity with SAIF / SAP system to manage inspectionactivities such as issuing pre Turnaround & Inspection(T&I) T&I package post T&I Defect Notifications EISreview external inspections etc.
- ConductReinforced Thermosetting Resin (RTR) installation andinspection.
Requirements :
- This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
- Hold a Bachelors degreein Mechanical Engineering.
- Possess a minimumof 5 years of inspection experience.
