Job Summary

We are seeking a Executive Assistant to join our team and perform a variety of administrative, organizational and managerial duties.

Responsibilities

  • Act as administrative assistant
  • Manage the executive's calendar
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Oversee the daily operations of the medical practice
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff
  • Order products and maintain inventory

Qualifications

  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior executive assistant or managerial experience
  • Preference will be given to candidates interested in a long-term employment
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and managerial skills
  • Computer literate (PC and Mac)
  • Punctual
  • Professional appearance, conduct and work-ethics
