We have been serving the Naples community for over 20 years and are one of the largest outpatient physical therapy health systems in Florida.

Compensation Package
- $75,000 to $85,000 Salary (Based on Experience)
- $20,000 Sign On Bonus
- Over Time and More Patients (Optional) More $$

Job Responsibilities
- At Least 32 Hours a Week Monday through Friday
- Seeing 12 Patients Per Day
- Working with Ortho, Neuro and Balance Patients
- Using WebPT Electronic Medical Record - Training Offered
- 1 on 1 Mentorship Available!
- 100% Outpatient Opportunity
- 100% 1 on 1 Patient Care
Requirements
- Overtime or additional patient visits for more $$
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Licensed, soon to be licensed, or willingness to obtain Florida Licensed Physical Therapist before relocating
- Laptop provided
- Ability to work efficiently / effectively in an autonomous environment
- Must be passionate about helping patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues
- At least one year working in outpatient neurological or orthopedic center, or previous vestibular rehab experience (preferred)
Perks / Benefits :
- Productivity Bonuses a profit-sharing program that’s based on weighted units and allows PTs to make an additional $500-$1,000 / month
- PTs are paid extra if they take patients outside of their scheduled workload those units go towards the profit-sharing program.
- Annual CEU allowance - $1,500
- Educational program that offers an incentive of a stipend to use towards APTA dues & license renewals. (can be started after 6 months of employment)
