The Critical Care RN Manager will lead and inspire a dynamic team of nurses to eexceptional Medical, Coronary, and Surgical Critical Care.

This exciting and challenging position will oversee the ICU as it delivers exceptional patient-centered care. The Nurse Manager of this Intensive Care Unit will promote the practice of professional nursing through the pursuit, growth, and employment of resources.

Also supporting the team many of whom are CCRNs to adhere to best and evidence-based practices is a Critical Care Nurse Educator.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing for Critical Care, Step Down, and Med Surg, the Nurse Manager Intensive Care Unit is well-supported, and positioned for success to maintain a tradition of excellence.

Nurses with all levels of leadership experience should apply as the organization is open to RN Leaders from all ICU backgrounds, including MICU, SICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, and Trauma ICU.

A nurse with an MSN or CCRN will stand out, as will experienced Nurse Managers, ICU ANMs, and House Supervisors. The hospital is also open to Critical Care Nurse Educators interested in leadership and ICU Charge RNs.

Nurse leaders with their BSN and RN will also be considered for the Nurse Manager Critical Care position.
