An Inside Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining, identifying and growing customer base, providing consistent and superior customer service, increasing product sales and margin, and follow up on all accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Job focuses Residential Contractors & Home Builders.
- Enter orders from POs and email requests.
- Follow up on deliveries and backorders.
- Provide material quotes and product information.
- Work closely with the outside sales team to set up builder take offs, manage changes, and assist in negotiations of contracts.
- Provide contracted costs and pricing to the Rebate team.
- Customer education promotes add on and upgraded product sales.
- Support purchasing department by identifying and communicating inventory recommendations specific to builder needs.
- Participate in product and software training.
- Offer exceptional customer service, resolve complaints or problems with orders in a timely and professional manner according to company protocol.
- Blueprint reading and Lighting take- offs.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High School or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with Eclipse software a plus.
- Solid customer service background.
- Reliable, responsible, and great work ethic.
