Key Responsibilities
Manage claim files from intake to delivery, focusing on quality and cycle time
Collaborate with various business units to ensure successful claim assignments
Provide customer service through Live Chat and Hotline support
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of customer service experience
College degree or equivalent experience required
Property and Casualty claim knowledge is helpful
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Ability to work flexible hours, including late shifts and overtime
