Qualifications Speech Language Pathologist :

Master’s degree in communication disorders

Current and in good standing discipline specific state license.

One (1) year experience in Skilled Nursing Facility and / or Long Term-Care preferred but not required.

Qualifications of the Physical Therapist (PT) :

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy
• Current and in good standing discipline specific state license.
• Preferred but not required - one (1) year experience in Skilled Nursing Facility and / or Long Term-Care
