Monroe Tractor is a well-known and respected construction equipment and agricultural equipment dealer with over 70 years of experience servicing the northeastern US.

The Parts Representative will have a hand in all aspects of the parts department including marketing and selling parts to successfully achieve financial targets.
The position requires a friendly disposition with the ability to interact with a broad base of customers.
Pay : $17 - $20 per hour

Qualifications
- Diesel Agriculture / Construction equipment mechanical knowledge preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Interact and sell parts to walk-in and call-in customers.
- Shipping and Receiving parts orders.
- Stocking shelves
- Lift items weighing up to 75lbs.
- Take ownership of merchandising and maintaining the show-room area
- Other responsibilities based on experience.
- Operate forklift (will train)
- Assist in Parts inventory.
- Maintain and develop product knowledge.
