Recently an investment group built four (4), six-person group homes for individuals with Autism in Grafton. The City of Grafton has mandated that these homes are staffed 24-hours per day for Supervision and Safety.
NO PERSONAL CARES. We have been contracted to provide this staffing, and we are hiring immediately!

What youll be doing :
Supervision and Safety :
- Assist these individuals with their daily activities to help them stay independent and in their homes.
- Assist with meal preparation and kitchen organization.
- Ensure that meals are eaten and oversee kitchen cleanup.
- Properly manage the common areas to ensure cleanliness.
- Provide companionship and guidance for these individuals.
- Monitor and record client sign-in / sign-outs.
- Monitor premises for any emergencies, and direct exit plans if needed.
- Meet with housing counsel (as needed) to report client activity.
What were looking for :
- Individuals who are extremly dependable (care is a MUST!) and trustworthy.
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Previous experience caregiving for clients in homes or senior communities is a bonus.
