Job Title : Residential Technician – Overnights

Location : 516 W. 12th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57104

Pay Range : $18.00 – $23.49 / hour

Schedule : Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week (10-Hour Shifts)

As a Residential Technician, you will :

Supervise and support residents to ensure their safety and well-being.

Uphold our mission of creating pathways to brighter futures for at-risk individuals.

Help residents adjust by providing orientation and guiding them through daily tasks.

Ensure compliance by enforcing policies, maintaining documentation, and managing incident reports.

Conduct property searches for contraband and ensure a safe environment for residents.

Perform urine collection for drug screenings when required.

Work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to create a positive, welcoming environment.

What We’re Looking For :

A passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals in need.

At least one year of recovery experience if applicable.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift 25+ pounds and handle the physical demands of the role.

Comfort with performing drug screenings and property searches to maintain a safe environment.
