Job Title : Residential Technician – Overnights

Location : 516 W. 12th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57104

Pay Range : $18.00 – $23.49 / hour

Schedule : Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week (10-Hour Shifts)

As a Residential Technician, you will :

  • Supervise and support residents to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Uphold our mission of creating pathways to brighter futures for at-risk individuals.
  • Help residents adjust by providing orientation and guiding them through daily tasks.
  • Ensure compliance by enforcing policies, maintaining documentation, and managing incident reports.
  • Conduct property searches for contraband and ensure a safe environment for residents.
  • Perform urine collection for drug screenings when required.
  • Work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to create a positive, welcoming environment.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals in need.
  • At least one year of recovery experience if applicable.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift 25+ pounds and handle the physical demands of the role.
  • Comfort with performing drug screenings and property searches to maintain a safe environment.
