Are you an experienced Therapist, but not looking for full-time work? We are looking for an Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Therapist to provide counseling services to our out-patient population.

Centennial Peaks Hospital has been providing psychiatric services to the Denver-metro area for more than 30 years. Located in beautiful Louisville, CO, our 104-bed facility provides a peaceful setting for those seeking treatment for mental illness including chemical dependency. Centennial Peaks offers unique and individualized programming for adolescents and adults that sets us apart from many other treatment facilities. Our dynamic leadership team includes a seasoned nursing department. Our hospital is fortunate to provide Electroconvulsive Therapy, Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs in addition to inpatient services.

Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical / Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy Required .

The Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Therapist facilitates quality, evidence-based mental health therapy groups. The Adolescent IOP Therapist is responsible for conducting group therapy sessions, maintaining accurate patient documentation in the medical record, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, working in conjunction with members of a multidisciplinary team, communicating with family members, referral sources and community partners and coordinating patients' discharge plans.

This position will facilitate the Adolescent IOP group therapy sessions, which runs three days per week from 4pm-7 : 30pm and additional hours (flexible) for documentation and preparation for programing.
