About the Position :

We are seeking dedicated Class A CDL Long Haul Drivers who are eager to maximize their miles. Enjoy competitive pay with the top 10% earning over six figures annually!

What We Offer :

  • High Mileage Transport : Over 75% drop and hook with all palletized freight, including dry vans and climate-controlled loads.

  • Modern, Top-Notch Equipment : Drive a 2022 or newer Volvo 760, equipped with automatic transmission and designed for safety and comfort.

Our Equipment Includes :

  • Ergonomically designed seats and perfect steering positions
  • Spacious 70" L / 96" W sleepers with tabletops
  • Larger than average built-in refrigerators
  • Auxiliary power units with a 3500W manual power inverter
  • Dual antennas and a mount for a flat-screen TV
  • Satellite radios for entertainment
  • On-site maintenance and service facility
  • Full-Service Wash Bay for trucks and trailers

    • Compensation :

  • Starting pay of .55 CPM to .58 CPM, paid for both loaded and empty miles on a practical basis.
  • Receive detention, layover, and other additional compensation based on the load and driver hours.
  • Consistent raises and bonuses, with weekly payments via direct deposit.

    • Home Time :

  • Enjoy 2 full days off after 12-14 days of work.
  • Home time preferences are honored and confirmed in writing prior to hiring.
  • Efforts are made to accommodate special events and appointments requiring additional days off.

    • Routes and Freight :

  • 98% of freight originates in Missouri, with over 55% being drop and hook.
  • Typical loads include dry vans (all palletized) and reefer trailers (climate-controlled). No slaughterhouses or fresh meat.
  • Routes primarily cover the middle corridor of the U.S., avoiding New York City and west of Denver, CO.
  • Transport goods on major highways, primarily utilizing contracted freight.
  • Fuel at Pilot / Flying J stations.
