We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our team as seasonal serving staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a memorable dining experience for our guests by delivering high quality service.
We are a bi-level restaurant with a rooftop and two bars, offering both a la carte and tasing menu experiences to our guests. We offer monthly food and beverage trainings to ensure all FoH staff are to continusously grow and learn. Requirements :
- Previous high-volume serving experience
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
- Basic knowledge of wine & wine service standards
- Food Handler Certification & Basset Certification
- Evening and Weekend availability including Sundays
- Create and serve cocktails and beverages that reflect the standards of Nadu
- Follow all alcohol-serving laws and safety protocols
- Provide guests seated at the bar with a full-service dining experience, requiring comprehensive food and beverage menu knowledge
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both front- and back-of-house teams
- Ensure proper ingredient quality and drink presentation throughout service
- Store and maintain bottles, mixers, ingredients, and glassware with precision and cleanliness
- Comply with health department requirements related to food safety and hygiene, including labeling and temperature / time protocols
- Resolve guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a courteous, cooperative, and team-oriented demeanor at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience as a bartender or in a related roleStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a chef-driven environmentClear communication and excellent multitasking abilityCalm and efficient under pressureAbility to carry a tray with food and / or beveragesPhysical Requirements :
Able to stand for 8+ hours per shift
Able to lift, move, or pull up to 35 lbs
Able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
Able to carry a full tray with either hand
