Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area. Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch. Comprehensive training including patient visits with a preceptor and Brightree and Elsevier training. Responsibilities may include :
- Performing duties as outlined in the plan of care.
- Effectively communicating updates and changes to patient's status to the supervising RN.
- Maintaining a safe patient environment.
- Providing emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families.
- Maintaining current patient records and progress notes.
- Working as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
