Job Description

Summary :

This role will play a key role in optimizing our procurement processes and driving operational efficiency. Responsible for managing approximately $10 million in critical supplies and finished goods, this position will ensure that all purchasing activities meet company performance standards.

Additionally, the role will support the team by monitoring key metrics and effectively disseminating data to enhance decision-making and overall performance.

Job Description :

• Assist in sourcing and tracking critical supplies and finished goods, ensuring vendor performance and on-time delivery.
• Support pricing negotiations and update contract and discount matrices to benefit our customers.
• Oversee manufacturing warranty claims to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
• Maintain and enhance Excel-based templates for Sales and Purchasing functions.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to support Sales Management in identifying areas for improvement.
• Facilitate communication across Vendors, Operations, Sales, and Design teams, ensuring alignment in purchasing strategies.
• Serve as the primary IT support contact, assisting with software maintenance and workflow processes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or operations in a corporate setting
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required; Experience with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus
• Self-starter, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.

Additional Info :

• Pay range : $50 - 65K depending on experience
• Schedule : around 8am - 5pm M-F
• Location : 100% in office
• Type : Direct Hire
