About The Position
If you're interested in making a significant impact as a Physical Therapist (PT) in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, in Walnut Creek, CA this position might be what you are looking for!
Responsibilities : Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, and other personal care to residents Conduct physical assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
Maintain patient records, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and use therapeutic equipment to assist in-patient rehabilitation Educate residents on exercises and recovery strategies, assess and address physical problems.
Qualifications : Doctorate in Physical Therapy Must have an active Physical Therapist PT license Current BLS / CPR Certification
