Responsibilities Physical Therapist Outpatient Adult The Physical Therapist at our Hitchcock Rehab outpatient location will provide competent PT services (evaluation, treatment plan development, treatment, delegation of treatment, family training, and discharge planning) to patients in an outpatient rehab setting in accordance with facility policy, standards, and philosophy.
Primary diagnoses include post-op orthopedics, balance / gait, and post-CVA. The Therapist is expected to meet applicable treatment, documentation, and productivity standards, and maintain a valid South Carolina PT license.
