Title : Warehouse Lead
Pay Rate : 17.25
Location Bedford Park IL
Hours : Shift C 6am to 6pm
Introduction Statement :
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Leads to join client’s company. This position is integral to our manufacturing operations and offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Reporting to the Production Operations Manager, the warehouse Lead will play a key role in the lead tasks efficiently and accurately within our warehouse department.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee warehouse process including shipment receiving, box creation, warehouse organization, and inventory management.
- Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with other.
- Manage hours for receiving / loading and prepare work orders for repairs of key equipment.
- Participate in planning personnel safety and plant protection activities while driving.

Qualifications or Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- GED or HS Diploma required.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to work for a prolonged amount of time standing.
- Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams and follow detailed directions Ability to read and write English and / or be able to follow instructions.
