A well-regarded law firm in Woodland Hills, California, that represents a major insurance company in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation matters seeks a REMOTE, contract attorney with 2 to 6+ years of Insurance bad faith, business, employment, contract, insurance defense, or similar litigation experience.
Candidates' experience should include drafting demand letters, propounding and responding to discovery, legal research, motion writing, and taking and defending depositions.
Trial preparation and trial experience are beneficial, but not required.
The firm prefers candidates who can work at least 25-30 hours per week . Possible opportunity for full-time hours.
Generous hourly compensation of $100-$110 / hour to start, depending on experience.
A California bar license is required.
