Civil Sales Engineer
Title : Civil Sales Engineer
Location : Must sit in Texas (Preferable Location : Dallas Fort-Worth)
Duration : Permanent / Direct Hire
Salary : $90,000-105,000 + 40-65% Bonus + Full Benefits
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Mgt, or related
- 5-10 years of experience within engineering pertaining to design, specification's, bidding, and technical reports
- Experience (or strong Interest) within Sales and Business Development
- Ability for 30-50% domestic travel
Nice-to-have :
- Consulting Sales experience in related industry
- Roadway design experience
- EIT OR PE License
- Experience with local DOTs
Day-to-Day :
A client of Insight Global's is looking for an Engineering Business Manager to join their Market Development team. This individual must live in Texas they will spearhead this market in business development, marketing, sales, profitability, and overall product development for geotextiles, roadway products, and erosion control products.
Overall, this individual will be the "face" to engineers, regulatory agencies, distribution customers, the contracting community, and the transportation industry as whole.
This individual will work remotely but will be traveling up to a max of 50% travel. A typical day could entail doing promotions for the company, driving business by meeting engineers, conducting lunch presentations, and creating business plans for key influencers.
