Description :
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated DSP to join our team for evening and Dayshift positions in the Philadelphia area.
As a DSP, you will play a vital role in providing assistance and support to our clients during the day
Hours - 30- 40 hours a week ( Dayshift )
Shift Schedule : Monday-Thursday 8 am-5 pm, Friday 10 am-2 pm
Pay Rate : $16-$18 / hr
Responsibilities :
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with medication reminders and administration.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and tidying up.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the care coordinator.
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a caregiver / dsp or in a similar role is preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards elderly clients.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
- Excellent communication skills.
