General Superintendent

SOLV Energy is an engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and solar services provider for utility solar, high voltage substation and energy storage markets across North America. We are seeking an experienced and versatile General Superintendent to oversee utility-scale solar construction project in Northern Nevada, with travel to other project sites in the future. As the General Superintendent, you will lead onsite construction activities, build and manage regional teams, assist in managing jobsite revenue, and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership on the performance of the regional portfolio. Additionally, you will perform all superintendent job responsibilities while ensuring adherence to safety procedures and fostering strong relationships with project stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities and Duties :

• Manage direct reports in all field areas and subcontractors, providing guidance, supervision, and support to ensure project success.
• Recruit, organize, train, supervise, and coordinate the regional field construction team, fostering a culture of collaboration, safety, and quality. Growth mindset we promote from within and invest in our people.
