About You : CxT is looking for an experienced assay developer to join our team. This technically skilled researcher will deploy their rigor and creativity in developing cell-based assays to drive biological discovery, target validation, and drug discovery.
Responsibilities :
- Design and execute novel cellular assays that will drive decision-making and prioritization company wide
- Independently analyze experimental findings and anticipate follow-up studies to drive research projects forward
- Collaborate cross-functionally with scientists in a rigorous research setting, actively prioritizing efforts to align with organizational goals
- Engage with scientific literature to understand and develop our biological hypotheses and collaboratively design experiments
- Maintain detailed and organized records of experimental protocols and results
Qualifications :
- BS or MS in biological sciences with 5+ years of industry experience or PhD
- Technical expertise in cellular assay development
- Hands-on scientific researcher who recognizes the importance of high-quality studies
- Strong ability to interpret data in the context of the program
- Collaborative, communicative, and flexible; eager to do whatever is needed to help the team succeed
- Unwavering integrity, accountability, transparency, and respect
- Deep passion and curiosity for biological discovery on path to novel therapeutics

Benefits and Compensation :
CxT provides a competitive benefits package that includes access to Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability, Health Savings Account (HSA) and / or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), a retirement plan and DTO.
The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be $85,000 $100,000 annually (not including discretionary bonus and benefits).
The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry and education.
