- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot instruments and power equipment for proper functionality.- Collaborate with the surgical team to meet supply needs in a timely manner.
- Adhere to infection prevention policies to ensure patient safety.- Participate in weekend on-call rotation as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes.- Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication skills with healthcare team members.
