This is a hybrid position, 0-3 days a week depending on current project Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and a proven track record in delivering complex technical projects successfully.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years in the tech industry, with at least 3 years focused on managing and delivering AWS-related projects.

AWS certification is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex cloud-based solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Work closely with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation, to facilitate successful project execution.
• Act as the primary liaison between the technical team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project progress, risks, and changes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies, leveraging AWS best practices and tools.
• Ensure technical solutions meet business objectives and comply with security and compliance standards.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to project team members, fostering an environment of collaboration and growth.
• Stay abreast of the latest AWS technologies and services, incorporating them into project solutions where appropriate.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on project financials.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the technology sector, with a strong foundation in cloud technologies.
• At least 3 years of experience in successfully delivering AWS-based projects.
• Mandatory AWS certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, or similar).
• Strong project management skills, with experience in agile and traditional methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and project negotiations.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and cloud architecture principles.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions .

Education & Certifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
