ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a Customer Service Representative with Joey McConnell State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
