Role : Coaching Content Coordinator at Crisp. You will support content development for hundreds of in-person workshops and ensure members of the legal industry’s coaching program have access to flawless resources daily. This includes creating slide decks, workbooks, digital learning experiences, and practical exercises that impact hundreds of businesses, thousands of people, and millions in revenue each year.

The Coaching Content Coordinator role is a great fit for someone who thinks like an instructional designer, has an eye for visual design, and enjoys researching and innovating to continually evolve coaching content.

Responsibilities Coordinate with internal and external subject matter experts, designers, and program stakeholders to develop workshop content.

Translate conceptual ideas into visually engaging assets for in-person events and digital learning environments (slide decks, workbooks, e-learning courses, and supplementary materials).

Review content to ensure it meets Crisp standards and is accurate and polished.

Research industry trends, instructional methods, and innovative learning formats to evolve Crisp’s coaching program.

Maintain a growing library of coaching tools, content, and assets.

Contribute to company goals through creative content solutions that support the coaching program.

Requirements Be extremely organized and able to juggle multiple platforms, priorities, and color-coded workflows.

Have a keen eye for detail in copy and grammar and maintain brand voice across materials.

Be a strong, adaptable writer with experience applying a brand style guide; knowledge of conversion copywriting and sales psychology is a plus.

Have a strong eye for design and layout and understand what looks good on a slide.

Be comfortable working with strong personalities and upholding high standards.

Operate proactively and solve problems independently, with a growth mindset.

Work well under tight deadlines and manage a busy queue of tasks.

Be adaptable and capable of pivoting as priorities change.

Pluses Experience developing workshop or classroom-style presentations (outlines, slide decks, handouts).

Background in e-learning course development or authoring tools.

Familiarity with adult learning and UX design principles.

Experience managing a large content library with multiple moving parts.

Technical skills in Keynote, Adobe InDesign, Dropbox, Docsend, Google Suite, and ClickUp are a plus.
