Finzer Roller seeks a first shift Machine Operator. starting at $19.00-$21.00 per hour, bonus opportunity, PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, 401k + match, paid uniforms, paid weekly.

Specific responsibilities for the Machine Operator will include :

• Setup and run manual engine lathes
• Use calipers and micrometers to measure product
• Comply with manufacturing and safety practices
• Use hoists and cranes for material handling
• Maintain communication with production team
• Read and understand standard operating procedures and customer requirements
• Focus on quality output

Qualified candidates will have basic math skills, ability to use measuring tools, and willingness to learn. Machining experience preferred.
