About this Opportunity

The primary function As a CAD Designer, you will be a part of a team that works with engineers to understand the requirements of their initial designs and turn them into accurate 3D models, and detailed 2D technical drawings. These drawings are used at all stages of a project, from cost estimating and feasibility to creating instructions for manufacturing, assembly, and installation. Travel is required.

Evolution Motion Solutions is headquartered in Farmers Branch, TX with additional offices in TX, UT, AL, AZ, MT, OK, MA, MI IN, IL, OH and Canada. This position will be based out of our Farmers Branch, TX facility.

Physical Demands

Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some movement from area to area, transporting items such as a laptop computer.

Work Environment

While performing the primary duties of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to a general office environment. Must be able to move through customer sites, including warehouses, shipyards, oil field rigs, manufacturing facilities, and related machinery, etc. Work outside normal business hours may be required.
