We are looking for a Sales Director to join our sales team in North America to capitalize on our current successes and maximize the business opportunities within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and pursue new business opportunities in North America focusing on service providers, MNOs, telco operators, systems integrators, and ISPs.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing customer base.
  • Identify and execute sales strategies to ensure achievement of annual revenue targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers (senior management and executives) of customers and key prospects.
  • Develop and maintain sales pipeline and opportunities forecast.
  • Identify new market requirements and provide feedback to the engineering and marketing teams.
  • Travel as required, up to 30% of time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications with a good understanding of baseband (modems and hubs), antennas, and RF systems and solutions.
  • Minimum 7 years of direct sales management experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the North American market and its customers.
  • Good understanding of enterprise, cellular backhaul, and mobility applications and use cases.
  • Experience working with US government or Defense customers Advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related domain required.
  • Master’s Degree is an advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

The Base Salary for this position ranges from $155,000 to $185,000 per year PLUS bonuses and additional benefits.
