As a Software Engineering Manager with PHP expertise, you will be joining an innovative, high-growth, B2B SaaS startup. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and shape the future of our products.

Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions.
- Implement best practices for software development, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to design specifications.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define and prioritize software requirements and user stories.
- Oversee the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
- Work closely with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the development process.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improve our software solutions.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on PHP.
- Proven experience in the B2B SaaS space, LAMP, PHP, Terraform, AWS, and PHP7.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team of software engineers.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Proven ability to manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
