This client is seeking a Senior Corporate Tax Accountant who is detail oriented and self-motivated to become a leader in a fast-paced, dynamic, diverse, and innovative Corporate Tax Department.
The Senior Tax Accountant will assist the Tax Department in all functions. Would you like to move to sunny Arizona where the sun shines 359 days a year?

Senior Tax Accountant Responsibilities
- Collaboration : Work closely with all of the finance & accounting team and get experience in areas of full cycle accounting in off season or any free time so as to expand your career and knowledge.
- Tax Compliance : Assist with timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including sales and use tax, property tax, and income tax.
- Tax Planning : Carry out tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Research and Analysis : Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company. Conduct research and analysis on complex tax issues.
- Audit Support : Assist with the tax audits. Coordinate responses to inquiries from tax authorities and ensure compliance with audit requests.
Senior Tax Accountant Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as familiar with GAAP
- Experience with tax strategies
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax issues
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
