We are seeking Store Sales Associates for Brown Jug Huffman (255) and in various other locations throughout Anchorage and Eagle River.

Brown Jug is a premium retailer of wine, beer, and spirits. We offer a great place to work, with a friendly atmosphere and energetic work environment.

We provide our customers with convenience, selection, and top-notch service!

Primary / Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions) :

Deliver great customer service
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Complete customer transactions on the Point-of-Sale (POS) device, including payment
Assist customers from the store and / or offer car service when appropriate
Stock shelves and cooler with products
Help keep the store clean and organized
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications and Experience :

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications and Experience :

Have or obtain an Alcohol Server Card (we'll tell you how to get one, it's easy!)
High School diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
First-Aid Certificate is considered an asset but not required
Training or passion for wine / beer / spirits is a huge plus!

Physical Requirements :

Available to work a varied retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds
Able to stand for an extended period
