Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering (AWS / Infrastructure / Platform Services).

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Own backlog prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery of planned and unplanned work

Oversee AWS infrastructure design, development, and operations using automation and best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience managing engineering teams in a cloud-first environment

Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines

Deep knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management (Puppet)

Experience with containers, Kubernetes, and migration from EC2 to containerized workloads
