Power BI Publisher

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Power BI Publisher for a position in Akron, Ohio. The Power BI Publisher will work with a team of experienced individuals to assist and facilitate key deliverables utilized within the sales process with a focus on technology consulting.

The candidate must be a US Citizen or a green card holder, the position is not eligible for sponsorship. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or MIS or a related field from an accredited program.

Local candidates preferred or open to relocation. This is not a remote position.

Power BI Publisher

Responsibilities : Assist with delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and / or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering.

Facilitate, and coordinate involved technology teams across multiple offeringsAssist with the development and design technical solutions creating corresponding cost estimatesDiscuss solution(s) with internal / external clients, stakeholders and approvers.

Assist with building and integrating information systems to meet the customer's needsAssist with business Case creation in support of value-add, value-creation, and transformation.

Facilitate client workshops. Transform use case and business case requirements into proposed solutions.Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have.

Assist with various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.Support innovation initiatives through research, vetting, and qualifying technology in support of new offerings.

Assess the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.

Assist with the presenting of technology solutions to internal business line leaders and other approvers.Assist with requirements gathering, application & business process inputs, and deliverables through the life cycle of an assigned project.

Assist project teams and projects to develop new value-add assets supporting technology consulting offerings .All other duties as assigned.

Requirements of the Power BI Publisher

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or MIS or related field from accredited program is required.

Previous internship and / or related consulting experience preferred.Proficient in standard electrical engineering techniques and procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PPT).Experience using Oracle SQL and Oracle APEX.Proficient computer skills (e.

g. Microsoft Office Suite)Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.

Successful completion of FE exam strongly preferred.
