Job Responsibilities : Perform new-patient evaluations / exams Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations- Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date- Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises, create, and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans Equip patients with PT intervention techniques / exercises;

track progress and intervention effectiveness Ensure smooth and timely patient flow in accordance with scheduled appointment times Promptly and thoroughly document and maintain clinical and administrative records, including but not limited to, daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, treatment progress and responses, and discharge summaries Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care Adhere to the company's guideline for billing of clinical and non-clinical services.

Requirements : Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program PT license in TX Outpatient neurological or orthopedic center experience, or previous vestibular rehab experience preferred Must be able to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan in outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting Schedule : Full time (Monday- Friday) Salary (range) : $85k to $95k annually (potentially higher for Clinical Director position) Benefits : PTO- 2 weeks Bonus compensation Professional training and advancement Continuing Education credits / assistance We are seeking Therapists with a passion for working with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patient population, who are interested in growing in a thriving outpatient environment with the ability to offer superior care and customer service and grow within our company.
