Job Description
This product manager will become a key part of the AI Product Lifecycle at ServiceNow enabling AI Practitioners to derive maximum value from their Gen AI use cases.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to working with customers to acquire data securely and in compliance with the guardrails of Responsible AI, ensuring that Gen AI Development Platform has all the key features required to empower all user personas, optimal GPU infrastructure is in place to support current and future needs, measure and drive AI Practitioner adoption, engage Business Units across geographies, and work closely with the core Gen AI Platform at ServiceNow bolstering the development and continuous improvement of our homegrown LLMs.

Define product requirements and priorities across multitude of stakeholders that include engineering, data science, research, UX, QE, BUs building consensus
Work with a wide-ranging ecosystem of teams at ServiceNow interested in Gen AI, guiding their use cases through development and bring high-quality products to life
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different personas
Lead efforts across a variety of intra and inter AI Platform organization, with the ability to influence inside and outside of your team
