Job Overview

TRAK Machine Tools is seeking a bright, motivated and highly organized individual for the role of Customer Service Representative.

Our growing business is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team who can multi-task, adapt to fast-paced environment and be a team player.

The successful candidate for this role will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. We require the successful candidate to adopt our companys customer service policies and be able to learn about our products by participating in our training programs.

Responsibilities :

• Perform daily customer service duties which includes answering service calls and emails, accurate data / order entry, process credit card transactions, set up new accounts, track and maintain monthly open service reports
• Provide response to product and service inquiries
• Follow up via phone and email to ensure satisfactory resolution for our customers
• Recommend potential products or services to customers
• Create Sales Orders, Service Requests, Service Reports and RMAs
• Perform general office duties & responsibilities
• Escalate calls to tech support or Service Management

Minimum Requirements :

• 3+ years experience in customer service. Manufacturing background is a plus
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer Service minded, detail oriented, ability to adapt & respond to all types of requests
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
• Experience using an ERP system

Qualifications :

• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
• Microsoft Office & Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
• Adapt to fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines
• Good people skills
• AS minimum, BS or BA a plus
• Spanish is a plus
• MS Dynamics CRM background a plus
