Duration : Permanent Full-time role

Top Skills :

• Development and maintenance of web-based user interfaces using both new and legacy technologies including ASP.net Core, MVC, and WebForms Development using C# and 3rd party control libraries.
• Must have full stack development skills, including JavaScript along with Angular. Currently using Angular 17.
• Must be skilled with SQL Server development (stored procedures, complex queries etc.)

Preferred Skills :

• Six years of software design, development and implementation using the following technologies :
• ASP.net, MVC, and WebForms Development, using C# and 3rd party control libraries.
• SQL Server, including Integration Services (SSIS), and Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Javascript, JQuery, and JQueryUI.
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI / CD pipelines and / or VB Script, Java, PowerShell.
• CSS preprocessors and libraries such as LESS and Bootstrap.
• T-SQL / Stored Procedures.
• Unit Tests and Mocking techniques.
• Continuous Integration and Delivery frameworks.
• Experience with systems analysis and design and communication skills are essential, as this position will regularly work with managers, directors, and chiefs to design solutions for the company.
• Expertise in the following areas is preferred but not required :
• EDI standards for X12, HL7, or HL7 FHIR.
• Mobile Development in Xamarin or Swift.
• Health care data systems such as QNXT.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain an upbeat attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement through code reviews, team retrospectives, and trainings.
• Collaborate as a team to solve problems using Agile methods.
• Create web applications to provide services to members, doctors, and our own administrative staff.
• Contribute to a multi-tiered architecture of databases, web services, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Develop EDI processes to transform and store data to support business objectives.
• Build robust SQL queries and debug database performance issues.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues within existing systems.
• Continuously grow skills by attending trainings and conferences to learn new technologies.
• Adherence to security requirements and confidentiality as required by the company and HIPAA.
