Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
