We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Manager to join our growing Sales team. This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our Denver office.
You will work with the sales team and is responsible for leading, building and developing an outbound-focused team of Sales Development Representatives.
You will play a pivotal role in hiring, training, and mentoring SDRs while optimizing processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
This hybrid position will be out of our Denver office at least once a week.
This position reports to the RVP of Sales Development and Account Management.
You Will :
- Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
- Hire new SDRs, ensuring they have the knowledge, and tools needed to succeed.
- Mentor SDRs on sales methodologies, objection handling, and best practices for outbound prospecting.
- Develop and refine sales development processes to increase conversion rates and improve the efficiency of the SDR team.
- Monitor and analyze metrics and KPIs to evaluate team performance and provide regular reports to management on pipeline development.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to agree on lead qualification, follow-up processes, and campaign strategies.
- Implement and use sales technologies (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms) to track activities and manage the pipeline.
You Have :
- 3+ years experience as an SDR Manager or in a similar role managing a SDR team.
- Exeperience with managing a team towards achieving targets.
- Experience with sales development processes, outbound prospecting strategies, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in analyzing data and translating metrics into relevant insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field (preferred).

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified. This role is eligible for annual performance-based bonuses, flexible time off, health care benefits, retirement savings, and employee incentive plans.

$80,000-$105,000 USD
