A SaaS company in Boston is looking to add a Principal Full Stack Engineer to join their team.
As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for designing front and back-end solutions across the stack that helps to optimize their analytics platform for customers.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Postgres, SQL, and cloud
- Knowledge of containerization and DevOps tooling
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Background in SaaS
- Typescript
What You'll Be Doing : Tech Breakdown :
- 70% Backend
- 30% Frontend
Daily Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance.
- Drive the adoption of agile development methodologies, continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) practices, and DevOps principles within the development team.
- Conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with QA engineers to develop automated tests and ensure the successful deployments
